Background: Designed by Ye, the WB-01 MEXICO CITY was initially released at a Mexico pop-up event for Ye’s concerts at Monumental Plaza de Toros "La México." 515 Entertainment hosted sales at La Casona Plaza de Toros for both days of Ye’s Mexico concerts, as well as an additional day following the concerts due to demand. The WB-01 featured "MEXICO CITY 01-31-26" printed on the front and, on the back, a new logo first shown on @yzy’s Instagram Story, along with "YE LIVE IN MEXICO" printed beneath the logo. The release also featured a price increase, with the windbreaker selling for $100 compared to its original $40 price on yeezy.com. It was also made in Mexico. Later, on 02/17/2026, the WB-01 was released on merch.yemexicocity.com for $60, marking a price decrease from its original release price.
