COATED COTTON ANORAK

Background: Designed by Demna and his team, the Coated Cotton Anorak was the result of the culmination of multiple months of work. It was originally designed for Yeezy Gap in the Summer of 2021, but was released under YGEBB. The Coated Cotton Anorak was officially revealed in the YGEBB Lookbook posted by Ye and The Gap, modeled by Aisha Potter. The retail version of the garment was later featured in the Shibuya lookbook. The retail version did not feature any major changes from the lookbook/sample version. However, the initial prototype by Balenciaga was made of Nylon instead of Coated Cotton and had a YZY Logo instead of a GAP Logo.
