Background: Designed by Ye and Mats Rombaut, modeled by Christ Emir. The SL-01 would be Ye's 2nd piece of Footwear after his split from Adidas. Ye showed sketches and development of the SL-01 on his Instagram story after releasing them. They were originally released under a YZY GOSHA Collection in January 2025. The SL-01 became a basic shoe that would continue into SZNX. Yeezy would release the Black SL-01 in person at a Mexico Pop Up on 02/07/2026 for $50.
