Padded Denim Jacket

Background: Gap's redesigned Padded Denim Jacket with taped notes for production, the color is similar to the original color of Giali's Jacket. Demna and Balenciaga's version was originally based on Giali's Padded Denim Jacket. Gap had redesigned it, and it was made more similar to the altered version of the Gilal Padded Denim Jacket Ye wore during the last half of the Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert on December 9th, 2021. Gap had changed the fit of the jacket entirely—removing the cropped length, the elongated sleeves, and reducing the heavy distressing. Despite these changes, there were also many differences between the retail versions themselves, including padding thickness, distressing style, and wash/color.
